Description More testing and playing with colors. Today purples, oranges and peachy colors.

1. I found that Opera Rose creates really nice peachy colors especially with New Gamboge and Winsor Yellow.
2. I also found that some mixes of reds and blues doesn't create violets, but more like grey colors. For example Perylene Maroon (my favourite deep dark red!) and Winsor Red are creating more grayish mixes with blues.
3. I also found really beautiful, deep, dark, rich violets: Alizarin Crimson + Winsor Blue, Ruby Red (or Permanent Rose) + Payne's Grey Bluish, Purple Magenta + Payne's Grey Bluish.
4. Cobalt Blue Deep, which is granulating color, creates really interesting texures with other colors. I especially like Cobalt Blue Deep+Permanent Rose, it has fascinating cosmic look, it looks almost like a nebula.

But generally every mixes are beautiful. It's really good to make color charts like that. It's impressive how colors mix with each other.

It looks great!
This palette is created for educational purposes? Or she needs to remember shade?

I just created these color charts to examine the colors that I can get from mixing other colors. This way I can get to know my paints better, see what they can do, what colors I can achieve. Sometimes it's really useful, because when I need specific color I can look at this chart, and I know what I should mix to get the color that I'm looking for. It's very useful and great fun as well!
