Gawd, I am so flakey when it comes to updates... And backgrounds... And... Well everything really =/ I didn't quite know which category to shove this in (Fanart? Animals? Fantasy?) so I shoved it in Misc. to be on the safe side =3

But anywho. This is my HP chara, Rianne Westbrook, in her animagus form of a kestrel ^^ A lil background info for any who may be interested - Rianne went to Hogwarts at the same time as James/Sirius/etc. and was in Ravenclaw. She left during the sixth year however due to an 'incident', and went on to pursue a career in healing, which she became quite renowned in. In Fred and George's second year at Hogwarts, Dumbledore invited her to teach an optional class in healing for a year, so some students could pick up the basics. She then continued her healing and became a member of the Order of the Phoenix. During her year at Hogwarts she helped Fred and George on many occasions to recover from jinxes and spells gone wrong that they wanted to avoid going to Madam Pomfrey with, and had a fair few fiery arguments with Snape The fun.

...And on an entirely seperate note... Bird fans may comment that the colouration I've given to her kestrel form is 'wrong' as only the males have blue feathers, while females are simply a dowdy brown. But! I have two arguments for this - firstly I wanted the blue on there because it's pretty, and it makes it clear she's a kestrel as opposed to some simple random hawk. And secondly, in The Animals of Farthing Wood they had a female kestrel with blue feathers, so if they can do it, I can do it X3 Nyah.
