I have co-workers I've worked with for 2 years whose names I still don't know despite being told several times

I commented on one of your pictures featuring your Irken character with Tallest Purple and you and I had a chat about the age of Irkens.

Ah, I definitely know what you mean. If I don't see a person regularly, and even if I've said their names multiple times, I still can't remember who they are.

Ahh ~ yes! I do vaguely remember that. Gosh that was ages ago XD It's good to know I'm not the only one though! I always feel so embarrassed when it happens ^v^; Fortunately one of my supervisors is the same though, so I don't feel too bad ;3

I still remember that conversation and have printed several of your artwork out on paper so that I could study the way you drew the anatomy of the Irkens.

Aww, that's so sweet! I hope my pictures were helpful to you I'll admit I tend to expect people to mostly skim over my art (maybe appreciate it for 5 - 10 seconds or so then move onto something else), so it's always a nice surprise to hear when someone's printed it out or used it for reference or something

They were!  Actually, I need to dig them out again so I can look over them without having to log on to the Internet. LOL.

Well, like you, I get apprehensive whenever I post something new to my gallery because most of the people who watch me range from being a couple years older than me to being several years younger than me and I really don't get a lot of detailed comments about my work like I think it should be.  I'm not trying to complain or anything and I'm glad that I have people who find my work interesting and want to follow me, but it does it very old when people comment and say "Cool" or "Awesome" all the time. >.>
