Doubtful. West One has been rather "dead" for quite some time, most likely the team departed each other and whats left is a company that doesn't have anymore of the original team.
Those other titles you might run into however are just remakes of older titles from the series (remember seeing them for the mobile phone.)

Yeah, that's true. 
To be honest, part of me is happy that they won't do any more monster world games, since the genie in the end of Monster world 4 (which never got released outside japan, for some unexplained, stupid reason) says something like:
"This concludes the final chapter in the Monster World saga. Don't you know what this means? Your work is over Go outsida end play! We'll see each other in our dreams! Now go out and have some fun!"
This really got to me. Westone basicly said thanx to the children who had played through their games, and even if they won't make anymore games, we would all be together in our hearts.
But, Hey! That doesn't mean other companies can create games similar to the old Monster World games. I'm studying game-developing right now, and I'd love to make a game that reminds of westone's masterpiece series.
