Description
A sprite fusion between Inkay and Chatot.

This one is a bit bad, but I always have these hiccups there and then! Chatot and Inkay are a bit difficult to fuse well due to the fact that well, they really don't mix well.

Anyway, just want to get back into the swing of things, a little something each day probably. I'm working on something bigger though so stay tuned for that!

Also I'm sad that I turned Inkay's frown upside down with Chatot's beak.
And the Chatot head thing is weird but too lazy to fix it.
