I don't think that it is the blue, I think Essai just drew him creepy looking all around. I don't really like his design. Compared to the other net navis in the series, he just seems to be lacking something. It was like they took his X series design and down graded it, where as Rock, Roll, Blues and Bass all got new, shiny designs.

Alas, I highly doubt it. I think I actually prefer a version of Zero that isn't a midgety pretty boy. He and Sigma.EXE could hang out and have Chin Parties.
