The only other appearance Silver makes in my archive is in 2013 (the year of his creation).This development meme doesn't show very much considering Silver looks nearly the same he did 3 years ago ; A ;
I honestly feel Mudkip went through more development than Silver did
REGARDLESS it's always fun to see the progression of my own style. Gives me the confidence to keep going! If I improved that much in 3 years, I wonder what my style will look like in another 3 years....
