It's very hard. I've been trying for years. I even got some spicy nail polish clear stuff but I ended up liking the taste!

Yeah, I tried to use the spicy one and the bitter one, but I just gnaw it off and then there goes the nail. Adhjsahf. xfrustrationx

It is like freaking rehab. Gum doesn't help, and band-aids dont work. XD It. Sucks.

Yeah. I just bit mine off today. A whole nail. :/ I think it's stress related for sure. I had a few weeks vacation a few years ago where I was so relaxed I didn't bite at all.

Do you know how nice it is to be able to actually SCRATCH my head with nails? :/ But it didn't last....

Yeah, for a formal one year, I got fake nails and i was like, holy crap. I can SCRATCH my face with REAL NAILS even though they were really real FAKE nails

Supposedly there are some that taste horrid and work, but I don't remember the name and it was like $20 or something. Dunno if it works or not or if I'd stop biting after I stopped using it.
