The Excellent
You're really good at making characters in physical contact, but comfortably interactive. XD It usually looks stiff when I try, so I admire people who can do that. *o*
Their expressions are nice, too. That slight furrowing of Neji's brow-- it looks like they're really concentrating on the kiss.
Neji's left hand, against Shikamaru's hair, is very nicely shaped.
Shikamaru's neck is lurvely. *o* I do so love necks. <3
Your shading is lovely, especially on Shikamaru's face. Shading just KILLS me. T.T;
Critique:
Overall, their hands seem very small. XD Especially Shikamaru's. Also, if Shikamaru's fingers can bend that much and are that long after the bend, I think he broke something. XD
Shikamaru's head shape. It's very round. XD Usually the head shape tapers toward the base of the back to more smoothly blend into the neck, rather than this great, round thing just sitting on your poor neck. For example: [link] shows a guy, and [link] is an exaggerated profile of a girl. The circle for the head isn't supposed to include the nose, mouth and chin-- those stick out from toward the base, so the round part is kept in the upper skull. =3 This kills me, too. ~_~;
Shikamaru's shirt, on the far side, kind of disappears into nowhere? XD Even with his arm up, there should be lining for the fabric falling down his chest. And the creases on his near shoulder seem unnecessary.

I'm actually quite good at drawing everything EXCEPT anime/ manga characters. It's ironic that the one thing I'd rather draw is the one thing I'm unable to draw lol If I had the choice to trade my ability to draw real life for the ability to draw anime, I wouldn't even hesitate. It sucks to be me.

Hmm, you should perhaps get one of those books... 'how to draw manga' or something, I'm sure they, and practise practise practise, could help you out :3

8D I know exactly what you mean! I was like that in the beginning too, which is why my style now is a mix between Masashi Kishimoto's and Rumiko Takahashi's styles x.x which I think sucks! I mean, they're good drawers and stuff >> but I'd rather have more bishie-style or something 8D so I'm trying to change it a bit XD

I wish I was more flexible with my drawing style. I'm so rigid that it's not even funny. I always get disheartened when it's not drawn exactly the same as Kishimoto would, which is stupid because very few people cand raw like him.
That's the exact opposite of me! I can draw femal characters, but I can't draw men without making them look extremely feminine. I hope you'll finish that doujinishi. I seriously doubt that you're bad at it.

I'm actually good at drawing naked women, but I always end up giving them large boobs. I used to think it was normal to draw girls like that because I modelled them off mine in the mirror, but then my sister went "Mum, Amber's drawing porn! 
My guys always without fail end up looking at least slightly feminine. I've just given up now and draw them like that in my Art class. Besides, my friend is obsessed with hermaphrodites and androgynes people, which is a bit scary since he's a boy and is currently dating my friend, but hey, whatever floats yout boat XD

My sister is a pain. She calls me Shikamaru sometimes because apparently I'm lazy and smart. So I call her Sakura because she's an annoying boy stalker with a giant head XD
My mum doesn't see a problem with gay people and she's always arguing about it with my dad. But she'd flip on me if she saw some of the stuff I write XD
I think the main problem I have is that I always draw them with long hair. But I like bishies with long hair! Shikamaru, Neji, Itachi, all are hot and all have long hair. Yet they manage to look like boys.
Hermaphrodites and androgynes people are great. I once asked my friend (a different one) which one he was, and he went into a massive diva strop and threw his nail polish at me! It didn't exactly help him in the masculinity department, considering the fact that he's bi and has long hair XD

I know what you mean. Like this morning for instance, I was sitting by my laptop, and my sister came in and asked me if I was going to put my laundry away, and I said no. And she went "Let me guess. It's a drag, right?". Just to annoy her, I said, "No, it's troublesome" and then ignored her for the next fifteen minutes XD
