I love how the outler lines are thicker than the rest of the lines. It really makes it stand out. The details are amazing. My favorite part of this is the shading of the skin and the outfit. The colors are light and not too saturated. It fits perfectly with the background color. Keep it up!

What's your blending technique with colours?
i.e smudge tool, using soft brushes, using hard brushes and constantly colour picking etc..

just a very low brush opacity, painting takes more time but give you a lot more control over value
