I don't know if this is on every program, but at least on Paint tool SAI there's something under the navigator with a check-box called "Preserve Opacity"
Check that and then on that layer only and only on the lineart it will color XD
Make sense?

I'm really starting to work on my comic now XD
I'm working on the 4th and 5th page currently
They're quite difficult for me D:
Blood, wings and backgrounds

Sweet, do you play at all?:3 and the good thing about stuff like that is it makes you improve rapidly and you can see the difference in atleast 10 pages^^

I don't like shooting games much, I never tried playing them I admit, but it's just something I choose not to get in to xD

They're fun^^ I've never played the ones you mentioned though. I don't like shooting games where you kill people. Monsters or zombies I like though ^^
