Done with Photoshop CS3 and a wacom tablet.

Have you read the book? I think one of the main things with the story is that Anna Karenina evolves into a non-likeable character, jealous, suspicious and paranoid.
Like Vronsky said "There can be no peace for us, only misery, or the greatest happiness." It was a sad story all along (:

no i did not read the book.
right,it's a sad story from the begining but there is a lot of happiness too.and Perhaps Anna's suspicions were justified.
Vronsky was seposed to marry some girl in his mom's wish.Anna thought\realised she had lost the only thing she wanted - Love
So she killed herself. And where Vronsky was at the time? Went to meet his future wife!

I think it goes both ways. It all depends on how the reader perceives it, but I think both hypothesizes can be justified, in a way.
