3 years of improvement right here! Both his overall design and art style ^-^

Since he's not entire mine but The-Good-Wario 's dear oc, Rhythm, his design didn't change drastically from my part, mostly some colors, details and the addition of his "trademark" coat and cane, he doesn't use the arm cannon so it wasn't necessary to include back again.
