The image as a whole has an undeniable feel of hopelessness. If Sans is up against Nightmare Fredbear, he's already lost. He's either broken, or in a coma. In the end, for all his power, heroics, and knowledge, he's already gone. He WILL die, sooner or later, as you can't kill a Nightmare that lives in your own mind. Then the children will be next...
As per the art, it's oddly fitting. I don't know why you claim your bad a Fredbear; For low detail, it all looks great! Although I'd make his eye more grey. Just saying.
