Ahh I'd recommend to lower the opacity of the Luminosity layer a little, it's too vibrant. Or maybe blend it a little more, that would work too!

I still think it needs more blend, but the contrast is better.
Blend not as in... more blurry, but as if it mixes with the rest of the hair.

Ahh it looks nice, though you should try to work on drawing the hair more than coloring, try to make it look more lively, with more movement, probably drawing more hair locks, it'll look nicer!
