CHAPTER 1 - The sun is rising...

The PrideLands dawned like a calm, silent, melancholy land.
The sun did not give rest to the animals of the kingdom who no longer seemed to care about the scorching heat on their skins. Some species were already beginning to secure their seats in front of PrideRock waiting for the moment when someone from the feline royal family would make a statement.

Inside the cave, lionesses came and went with flowers and quietly prepared the farewell ceremony. In the midst of the animals a big golden lion appeared, an old acquaintance of all there, Prince Kion of the PrideLands but King Kiongozi of the Tree of Life.

Kion climbed the rocks towards the cave stopping to chat with a disheveled lioness, the leader of the royal patrol and ex outlander Vitani

Kion: - Vitani! Morning ... I think
Vitani: - Im sorry Kion
Kion: - I don't know how to react about that ... I still don't believe! How my mother and Kiara are?
Vitani: - Kiara took the cave for herself that night, we heard her cry - The lioness sighed - As for your mother, she is the strongest lioness I have ever met Kion! strong!
Kion: - My pride ...
Vitani: -. . . I don't know if I can help but, I think I've been through something like that, It's hard ... stay strong just like Nala!

Kion hugged his mother with tears in his eyes and a shaky voice

Kion: - Always looking on the bright side of things my mother ...
"You're finally going to meet Kopa my love" Kion can hear these whispers coming out of Nala's mouth, even though he's curious, that doesn't matter
One of the lionesses entered the cave with her head down, avoiding looking at the royal family, as soon as Kion recognized her, it was Kasi, Vitani's friend during the patrols.

Kasi: - My queen ...
Nala: - Don't call me Queen, just Nala -Kasi seemed hesitant in the decision
Kasi: - Nala ... many animals are starting to gather around PrideRock ... They wait for you to say something
Nala sighed deeply: - I need to go ...

Queen Nala left the cave and headed for the tip of the PrideRock, that was unheard of. Nala was known by the animals for the strong and humble lioness she was, she never liked being called queen and many could see that secretly Nala had a strong participation in the decisions of the kingdom and Simba was unable to decide anything before consulting his wife.

Nala: - Animals of PrideLands ...

Nala's beauty used to shine during her youth when she stood beside Simba during the royal pronouncements, now everyone could see that the lioness had a hoarse and flawed voice as her fur became increasingly dull

The animals left the savanna happily while Kiara ran to meet Nala

Nala: - Your time has come! Be ready to become queen tomorrow

Kiara: - The sun is stupid, how can I rule a pride?

Im really happy to be finiling writing this because I LOVE writing and Im challenging me to write something good
I cant imagine Kiara being the one who want to rule PrideLands and making Nala the sweet,calm and gentle queen is not right for me!Nala is a strong women and even when she was not the one who is always in the center of attetion like Simba being the king, I imagine that she has a strong opinion and participation in the king decisions
