If you know how to use the PEN in Illustrator or another vector program.... It could be easy!!!

well i have used many vector program like freehand, illustrator, inkscape, coreldraw ,n expression(the 1 i'm using now^).
but my problem is i don't have the knowledge to apply shadow n light, i only can do the base color
