I don't know how I came up with this, but I thought of this guy holding a beer botltle, and the beer is driping out upside down and going up then turning into balloons. I decided to making him hanging out of the mouth of a scary face, kind of like "Chances Die Out"Related content

I think the monster has a somewhat Tim Burton-esque look to it with with that curly ends on the smile and striped tongue. I love surreal pieces like this.
