This is for smallpearly . They won second place in my 400 watcher raffle that I held last month. They wanted a chibi with a teahat, but I otherwise was told to just have fun with it. I took the opportunity to experiment and ended up maybe going a little overboard... but I'm happy with the result. I hope you like it!
