Description Ok, well this was a request, it's just a simple image comparing the sword featured in my 'Sunset Radiance' scene with the real life sword I used as a reference. You can see there are many similarities (particularly the blade), but also several places where I have deviated from the original. The sword I used as reference is called 'The Sword of Darkness II' and is made by a company called Kit Rae. They also make 'Sword of Darkness I' which is the original version, and features the same hilt, but a far simpler blade.

Wow very nice. The Sword of Darkness is my favorite Kit Rae sword.

Absolutely beautiful work you did! I can't believe the consistancy! That's amazing. I'f I gave you an idea for a scene involving the two, would you give it a shot?

Haha, thanks! It wasn't hard, really, it was made 10 times easier because I had a good reference pic to work from, I literally just worked over the top of the pic to get the shape accurate. But yeah, sure, I'd love to hear your idea, and if it's within my abilities, I might give it a go

I was thinking somthing like sunset radiance but with the moon, lol, full moon in the back with the two swords stuck in the ground somewhat at opposite angles, like making a 'V'. Just a simple moonlit water scene with the swords in the ground, similar to your Sunset Radiance.

hmm, I like the idea, would make a nice counterpart for sunset radiance I have a few other things I'm working on at the moment, but I might well give that a try sometime in the future, as it should be fairly easy to do, and I keep thinking about revisiting this piece and making some improvements, so I could probably work on the piece you described at the same time.
