My will to create has subsided the past few years, but I've been keeping it a part of my life, thus the much lower frequency of production. This year, I've been trying to get back into it.

I've been collecting photos using my friend's camera, wanting to move toward self-sufficiency with my resources. The last piece was actually all mine save for the font, which felt accomplished. Anyways, lower frequency of pieces come out, but I think a better quality results purely from building experience. Style has refined itself a bit at least.

I generally have just been tossing them on here and pixelfuckers as of late.

make them only if you feel them. otherwise it's unnecessary pressure.

the reason i started taking pics at all was becasue someone back in the old custo days kept accusing me of using other people's stock. so i went out and got a digital camera.

I don't want to be one of those guys who can criticize art but isn't able to do it himself.



I think the way I'm trying to engage myself is by trying to reconcile my re-awoken political views of the past two years, and begin to integrate them into my work. Doing that with geometrical grunge abstracts will take some time!

I am working on a mockup for a portfolio website at the moment. Looking pretty slick, but it's still missing that little something.
