While Zuko keeps Mai in the shade, she dreams of fruit tarts with rose petals on top.I loved this pose. It's so awesome they had a parasol handy ^-^

This is going to sound corny and self-congratulatory... Maybe I lucked out by stumbling across ASN before getting involved with any other branches, but it really does seem to me that the Avatar fandom averages more mature and thoughtful than most comparable fandoms. Or maybe it's just that, as a fusion work, Avatar does in fact combine the best aspects of anime and Western animation and is a superior work of art.

Awww. Much as I'm sure Zutara fans will want to kill me for this, I actually sort of like Mai/Zuko. It grew on me. ^_^ And these two play their parts so well ^_^
