Well, today is 8 March which is International Womens' Day, so yesterday I decided to draw Shelly in something nice and pretty.
It took me about 2-3 hours to do it, mostly because of the coloured lines.
The outfit is based on one certain fashion style that's meant to be frilly and Victorian-like.
