I still know very little about her as a character, but I absolutely love her costume. It has a little bit of that authoritarian look that seemed to become popular in the late inter-war period (a la NJ State Police uniforms) but it retains its sexiness. She's like living art deco.

I don't recall much about her myself. I remember reading about her back in the day when you could drop a kid off at the Library of Congress for a day. I read many of comic from earlier eras and I remember Lady Blackhawk from them. I wouldn't know about anything more modern. I completely agree about the art deco look. She pulls off a very artful appearance and I think you captured that essence in this pic.

Yay! She's one of my favorites and this is a GREAT picture, E. She always seemed to me to be a very strong woman in the real sense of the word... no super powers or anything, but real strength.

Thanks Mollz, I'm glad you like! From what little I know about her I agree, and she seems cool and classy, as well. I kinda sorta liked both the Starling and Katana characters in the New 52 BoP but I can't help but think Zinda would have been better than either of them.

I don't know if they even make match grade Berettas, but I have fond memories of the M9 and that happens to be a gun I have in SL, so that's what she gets.
