This is the sixth teaser image for Five Nights at Freddy's 3 on scottgames.com. When you brighten it, you can see several dark green lines (which are the air vents in the game). Also, if you rotate it 180º, it looks suspiciously like Scott Cawthon's youtube icon.This was on scottgames.com from February 3 to 28, 2014.

Yeah, I brightened it up. It should have faded brighter and darker more smoothly, but for some reason, I couldn't get flash to export it that way.
