Where is the artistic thinking in this? It's literally just a description of various sword-frame setups. There's no tutorial or workflow in this at all.

it demonstrates common ways to divide the panel that look interesting and engaging. thats artistic thinking. it isnt meant to be a tutorial. the point is to show that by using the sword in the image to tactfully divide the panel, you can draw attention to both the sword and the person holding it, making a more visually interesting shot.

This isn't artistic *thinking* in the least bit. Thinking implies a thought process used to come to certain setups. This is not what is displayed here, it's literally just a few setups displaying what's possible.
Frankly, this is a very cheap way to score financial backers, as evident from the kickstarter advertisement in the description. Anyone dumb enough to believe this is worth the money deserves to lose said money - and ironically, at the same time, the artist doesn't deserve this.

i guess u didnt read the rest of my comment. the point isnt to display these options as the only ones. the point is to show how to use the sword to create visual interest by dividing the panel. i guess you havent seen all of the think when you draw tips either :v
