Hmm.. interesting. for some reason this makes me think of those scenes in movies when the really bad guy/psycho killer is coming to get someone. although I think the bright lights in the top of the photo distract since they're so bright~might just be a personal opinion though. Have you thought of maybe doing some narrative photos along this line maybe? Self-portraits are always the most interesting, there's nothing more fascinating than the human face~maybe just to me.......

I think they really should be darkened , and a lot of things should be manipulated. But i dont have a program to do so
And about the selfportrait series , i don't really think that a lot of ppl want to see me (a lot) . I think that would be a bit selfish

Maybe ill try that. Something like a series ....... thought that was taken in Peru and its about 16,000 kms from where i live 
And i really haev to start learning to accually do something with photoshop....

Narrative meaning like make a story out of pictures. Like this could be the first in the story... Does that make sense? I use to think those kind of pictures were bnot interesting until I got into it in a photo class. It's a bit harder to do well, but if you do its really worth it.
Yeah, darkened would be good for the lights, but if you did that then i think you should make the person brighter. Just a thought. I'll shut up now......
