Penny and brain........the only two that actually did work in inspector gadget. Y i drew this??Simple.......i was think of broken cartoon characters.BROKEN.....What does he mean by this term ????? Is that what u asked? i will explain....a broken charater is a character that does way more than what they are suppose to do.When u put logic to a broken charactewr shit just doesnt make sense.......now think about it.......Penny was a little girl solvin crime with her dog.....DOES THAT SHIT MAKE SENSE TO U LOLRelated content

Logic and kids shows tend to mix like oil and water. Looks like Penny has grown in more ways than one. ^_^

yea logic is kid show is always out the window but in some cases u guess thats what makes it good right ? thanx 4 leavin feedback

Actually, some "kid's shows" DO have logic. Even Inspector Gadget had logic for what it was. Granted, Gadget was a bumbling idiot who got credit for the cases his child prodigy neice and her highly-intelligent dog--who should not even be classified as your average household variety pet--solved for him, but the logic in that is that even the best of people need help in the most unlikely of ways (i.e. Gadget unknowingly and unwittingly needed help from Penny and she needed help from Brain every time she got kidnapped by MAD agents nearly every episode), nevermind that the little makeshift family always had a moral for the audience at the end of each respective episode (for example, a farm episode spoke of farm safety rules).
