OC from my story I'm working on.Wings/eyes inspired by Ophanim. Bridge loosely based after manhattan bridge.
The wings are symbolic of the character and not literal in the story.
I learned a bit about the rulers in Clip Studio Paint while doing this so it was a productive experience. Backgrounds are a weak point of mine so I feel it's good to get some practice in.
