GAH, it's so late!! I need to sleep. . .This is a great example of half-arsed coloring when I just otherwise do not know what to do with it any more. I'm decently please with the end result though, I think. Xd
Yesh, yesh, they're Halo characters. These would be the mischievous young ladies from The Secret Path ; Eto to the left, Jisoh on the bottom, and I'hro to the right. :3 They've been sneaking out late at night to explore the ruins in the forest. . .
I've got something really fun for you guys tomorrow, I promise. :3

You dont see many Elites who aren't fighting or in their armor. It's nice to see some work like this! I like the clothing youv put them in, very creative. I need to see the rest of ur Elite artwork! This is amazing!

their anatomy is done beautifully, and I especially love their feet. This is a wonderful piece, and i think the lighting goes perfect with the poses and the setting.

There is a very noticeable glow to this scene, which is beautiful to look at. Superb composition with both the poses and how the lights compliment the darks. There is a very earthy tone to it all, I like it a lot.
The outline of all the characters almost seems blurred, not as clearly defined as I am used to within your art. But the main appeal of this one would have to be the colours over that of line clarity.
Great proportions (at least what I assume to be correct elite proportions *shrugs*

I really like the sense of lighting you got going on here. It's like they got caught with a search light and instead of acting scared, their like "Fuck it!"

I. . .I'm not sure, actually. The idea was that the stones of these ruins were full of these bizarre, crystaline orbs with no seemingly unusual qualities to them other than that they shimmer n' glow. :3

i like, and the coloring isn't bad (hell, look at what i spend hours doing). there are two things i noticed that are wierd. something about the image is blurry. i tried copying it into my computer and scaling it down, but even at 25% the image still has a blurry look to it. i'm not sure what could do that, but it looks wierd. and two: isn't Jisoh supposed to have dark skin? (i like etoli's body freckles : )).

Yes, actually the soft blur is an intentional thing that I wanted to experiment with for a softer look, since the light source itself is very soft and "glowy". And yes, I think I would have liked for Jisoh's skin to have been a little darker in this image, but I didn't want to loose her to the background, either.

hmm, the fact that the blur bugs me might just be my eyes. though i'd think that maybe applying the blur only to the colors (not the lines) or possibly have just the lighting be a touch blurry might be better. and i see what you mean about possibly loosing jisoh to the background.
i just noticed that their pants leave their joints open - thats a cool idea, it'd be a lot less constrictive than our clothes.

Cherry blossoms? No, actually. . . I must go and investigate. The pattern of the stone was actually inspired by the Panzer Dragoon designs. :3
