Pony-mobs instead standart, mane6-skins by achivement, and new map - KF-Ponyville.
New weapon: Cupcake Launcher (perk neitral, like Z.E.D. gun).
Money temporary changed on bits
Trader changed to Zecora

Normal - "Welcome to Ponyville, strahger"
Hard - "Pinkie's friend"
Suicidal - "Friend for everypony"
HoE - "Friendship is Magic"
Specials:
"Cupcakes for everypony" - Collect 42 cupcakes & complete a Cupcake Launcher (CC.L.)
"Broken Pinkie Promise" - Kill Pontriarch in Ponyville with headshot from Cupcake Launcher.
"TO THE MOON! BEEYETCH!" - Throw up FleshPony with explosion.
"Aaaah! Spider!" - kill ponycrawler by jumping on it's head.
"20% cooler" - kill 20% of zeds from 1 wave with CC.L.
"HEY-HEY-HEY! Stay off from my shed!" - kill Scrakepony with chainsaw
"Elements of Harmony" complete 6/6 special achieviments + 1 for MLP map & unlock MlP-skin pack with mane6.

That would indeed be a very interesting event, I specially love the part about changing the currency.
Also "TO THE MOON! BEEYETCH!" You can achieve the same result by chin shooting a Scrake with a HSG.
