I agree with eggheadcobra 100%. But of course I do, they, ladymadcat, and a few others are Hotaru enthusiasts. But honestly, I still believe this to be the single best art of Hotaru created, official or unofficial.

Hotaru seriously needs to return in the future of Mortal Kombat. Such an under appreciated character that is buried under the hate for the 2nd generation of MK.
