This November 7th 2010, I went to a cat show, in Beaune, France.That was the WORST idea ever. While I was returning home, I couldn't help myself but think of cats. Sooooo beautiful cats I'll never have! I'm damned T^T
Anyways, here's a really not impressed : Grey striped, Scottish Fold.

Yes, Foldies often look pissed off or not impressed because of their ears even when they are. It takes time to learn to read them because their ear positions are not what you are used to seeing on a cat. I know! I'm the slave of a Fold.

Yes, they are both lovely to look at and have wonderful purrsonalities as well as intelligence and loving dispositions. I'm quite sold on them as a breed. And their little ears are just too cute.

I live in the Sonoran desert in AZ, USA. My house is made of burnt adobe which is a very practical and traditional building material for the desert as it keeps cooler in the summers and warmer in the winters due to both it's ability to store heat/cool and it's thermal mass. Those adobe bricks walls are 8" (20.32cm) thick. They are also a black hole for light so I must use light most of the time even when it is very bright outside. You might find this interesting: [link]
