Ah gotcha. The final file is almost 10 mb, but I think DA compresses it a bit for here. (Previous ones have been between 8 to 15 mb, depending on length.)
As for software, I draw everything in Clip Studio Paint & Krita, flatten the pages, and then combine them in GIMP. (I used to do everything in Procreate & GIMP before I bought CSP.)
