A picture from a new story of mine.....

Hidan smirked annoyingly at Kakuzu as they walked
through the brush that surrounded the hidden village of peace.
"I don't see any hippies yet, do you?" Hidan said, "You think I'll be able to convert any hippies to jashin? Maybe they'll make nice sacrifices......"
"Don't count on it...... nobody's seen any flower children around here for over a decade." Kakuzu muttered, rolling his eyes.
"We'll see about that..... the little dumbasses can't hide forever. Some stupid peace medallion'll show up or some shit like that...." Hidan murmured.
There was a rustle ahead, startling them both. Hidan held up his scythe.
"Probably a bunny or something...... " Kakuzu said, "Quit striking out that stupid scythe all the time."
"Don't say anything about my scythe.......or you'll regret it, you money obsessed-!"
"Yeah, whatever....."
Hidan eased back.
"Hey, is it me or does it smell like herbal tea all of a sudden...?" Hidan asked, looking around.
"It does...." Kakuzu agreed, "It's...... coming from above us....!"
They both looked up and saw a black haired girl wedged between the trees, green-clad and wearing a rainbow head band with the peace sign etched onto the metal plate.
"Well whatta you know..... there are still jashin violators living here." Hidan grinned, pointing his scythe up at the flower child, "I'll take it that you don't kill, right?"
The girl nodded slowly and smiled at him.
"Killing people is a sign of self-hatred and anger...." she spoke.
"Heh, I qualify for both I suppose? I am a pretty angry guy..."
"You worship Jashin?"
"You guessed right. Maybe you hippies aren't as dumb as I take you for."
"Hm, I guess not....."
Hidan stared at her, his grin turning into a look of confusion.
"Aren't you gonna make a big speech about peace or something? I AM going to kill you after all......"
"I don't submit to that sort of thing unless it's necessary. You assume that you're going to kill me...... but is there a reason as to WHY you're going to?"
Hidan stopped and slowly brought down his scythe.
"Why should there be a reason? Slaughter is it's own reward....." Hidan said, "I'll tell you what.... you run away and I'll let it slide this time. After all, I don't want that face of yours to go to waste...."
"That's groovy of you."
"What the hell does that mean?"
"It means thanks."
The girl kissed a flower and let it float down to him, the petal landing on his head.
