EXCELLENT WORK! YOU ACTUALLY SHOWED HER INSTEAD OF SIMPLY SHOWING HER HANDS COMING OUT OF THE WATER. VERY GOOD!

Yes! I thought it would be funnier.
Thank you!

Very cool. The Arthur myths have always been my favorite.
Great piece.

Thanks! I think some parts of the drawing didn't come out really well, but I like the colors anyways.
I like Arthur myths, too, though I haven't investigated them thoroughly yet (just the main ones, like the stories about Arthur himself, Merlin, Morgana, Lancelot, but I'm sure there's an enormous bunch of them that I have to find out).

I'd love to find out more, too. Have you read The Book of Morded? It's really good, and defends Modred's character. He's usually portayed as evil and totally against Arthur.
I just bought a book called The Excalibur Murders. (Yes, I'm a book nerd and am not afraid to admit it.)

What parts of the drawing don't you like?

Sounds interesting. I'll try to find something similar in my favourite bookstore (I know a little about Mordred, and he seems a great character to be studied). I'm also a book nerd (I treat books like they were my kids , specially my Egypt and Greek mythology ones).

I think the Lady's hands turned out a little weird, and I really liked her face on the sketch, but when inking it, my pulse betrayed me, and I ended up with these face, the angle is a little strange, though acceptable.

You're not fond of the hands? I think they're turned out well especially with the wonky angle.

In The Book of Mordred, he's kind of possessed in his later years, so it's not really him being all evil.. Vivian Vande Velde is a great author, I've loved the rest of her books as well.

Well, maybe they're actually not really bad

I like when people are portrayed not as inherently evil, but there's a good reason for they actions, so the idea you say that book has sounds great to me.

I love the colors a lot, especially the tones of blue on the lady. And the characters are nicely done here!!
Nice work

Thank you very much!
I had a great (though tough) time coloring the hair of the woman, and it was also the first time I did a kinda detailed background, so I'm glad you like it

Their hands look a bit strange to me, but that picture is amazing! What paper-format (Din-A3 or what?) did you use?

Thank you very much! (I think I have to keep working on hands ) I used a 27 x 37,5 cm sheet of 120 g paper.
