each year I forget which font I used

2012

I joined an online community which made kid vs kat fan ocs. mostly focused on making characters to rp with rather than practised actual drawing.

2013

made my dA account and discovered many cool artists which inspired me to take drawing more seriously. my biggest idol was LiLaiRa and I wanted to draw exactly like her (well that didn't happen)

2014

the year I started to focus more on backgrounds (mostly skies tho). my style was still LiLaiRa inspired but my other inspiration was Hainekami. In the latter half I began using a graphic tablet (the one I still have lol) which helped me improve a lot.

2015

probably my big breakout year!! I started taking commissions (tho didn't get the concept of slots so I accepted like 60 at once) which got me a lot of followers.

also the year I got into anime which influenced my art a lot- I moved on from ferals to anthros and incorporated more urban/indoor backgrounds (wanted to make those anime bgs. well I still do)

as for artists my idols were tetramera and vanyeaah

2016

kind of a dark period in my life as well as in my life. I apologize to everyone who knew me in 2016 w

still was taking more commissions than I should and mostly drew that, not much personal art.

2017

I was still in a pretty bad place mentally so less commissions and a bit more personal art but this was probably my least productive year artistically.

tried developing my style a bit to make it less fugly (it's a long journey) and began drawing complex architecture (mostly inspired by Chinese artists). also my shading style changed and I was influenced by kawacy

2018

just more of the stuff from 2017 but also tried using different colour schemes which were way too dark and monotone before.

I was practicing drawing humans on the side which helped me change my furry style as well. a bit more art compared to 2017

putting the 18 there caused me physical pain

time goes on

well I was more productive than last year. 2019 will be worse tho. I'm already scared for my life hhh
