This is a reference from that one scene in the anime Clannad, isn't it? The episode when Tomoya takes Mei out around town when her brother Youhei refuses to and Tomoya tells her that he'll be her big brother for the day but instantly regrets it because she's so darn cute when she calls him big brother?
