I guess in a way, Jolteon is technically Umbreon's new brother via having the same memories of Frost...I wonder how much memory did he obtain and if it's the main reason why he have the brain damage problem and if he can actually use Ice Type Attacks or transform into a Glaceon without knowing... Now I have lots of questions that might have a higher chances of "no" answers.
Speaking of questions, here they are!:
How much memories did you obtain of Frost?
Via having Frosts Memories, are you part him now?
Via having Frosts Memories, can you use Ice Type Attacks?
Have you tried turning into a Glaceon to see if you obtain a temporary transformation of one?
Have you tried turning into a Flareon to see if you obtain a temporary transformation of one?
Via having Frosts Memories, does that mean your Black's Brother as well?
Did you obtain any Fire Type moves via temporary transforming into a Flareon?
Have you tried turning into a Glaceon and go talk to Umbreon and act as Frost temporarily taking over your body and saying everything to Black on what Frost want to tell him and as you walk away you transform back into Jolteon and act as if you suddenly got transported into somewhere you don't know and suddenly just came back confused?
Have you tried practicing your Move Sets and master them again?

Not everyone. Flareon and Vaporeon are in the same Chapter and Leafeon and Glaceon are in the same Chapter.

He got killed in action (in one of his exploration mission) when Trace was 1 years old, 5 days after he had his memory copied for the creation of the prototype medal. 5 years later, the prototype was completed. It was used by Frost twice during Berserker attacks. The first time was used by accident, the second time was used without Trace's dad's permission since he didn't want Frost to rid his life. Frost was the first one in Sunny Town to find that the Berserkers were just reanimated corpses after he blew a hole into one of them and he could still attack like it was nothing.
It was then lost and went into static mode during the second fight (Trace was 6, Frost was 11). Another 5 years later, it reactivated and was used one last time by Speed in the event of Special Chapter 1 flashback (Trace was 11, Frost was 16, Speed was 11).
