I'm curious on what may come of Speedy being a fallen champion and the formation of the Military Police Headquarters.
Given how dangerous this world can be, that could be a good thing...or a really bad thing.
Speedy outright forgetting about the tournament is bad even for him, though after such a gap since his last battle I'm not sure he'd do well.
While I know how things are fated to go, Pearl really has more chemistry with Speedy than he does with Lazuli now. And there's been pretty much no connection to her from Black so far.
Things will have to really change and develop for those ships to become true.

I don't how I missed this page before, but it's my favourite page so far. These two are really perfect for each other. I do kinda like the Lazuli x Speed ship, but the bond between Pearl and Speed is on a whole other level <3

It's kinda a shame that Sunshine didn't wake up just as Pearl went to kiss Speed. that would have invoked a funny reaction. Sunshine would eventually leak that to Sylvia, and then that would spread to the rest of the family. Geez that's a riskier move than I initially thought actually, if that happened, Black might get annoyed with Speed since they're not getting on all that well, and Pearl is important to him. Lazuli would be really upset, especially since she said more recently that she was okay with Pearl and Speed being alone together because she trusts Pearl.
Leafy would be concerned about Lazuli, Black would be fighting with Speed, and Pearl would be fighting with Black as a result, Sylvia would be annoyed that Speed turned her down but still liked Lazuli but also now kissed with Pearl.
Sunshine waking up and seeing them kiss could have easily gone on to dismantle the whole family into utter chaos.
Despite how destructive this shipping could potentially be, I still think it's awesome, and I sorta wish it was canonical tbh

Hope it's okay to c at ch onto tha comment. Yea that would have made much chaos it seems, well analyzed! Plus Maybe Pearl would have really mad herself sorrow for causing all this, and who knows how much Black being upset with her and now Maybe thinking she loves Speed made her suffer. I thought there was moe, but thats al I could add.

I think the script writing department is that way, not here. Or are you from the script writing department and are just providing a look on how things might've turned out in an alternate timeline? A third possibility is that you are just very, VERY good at predictions.

Just to clarify, I would never try to script write in the comment section of a creator's work, that would be insulting to the creator. I just posed a theoretical. And yeah you're right, I guess it would have to be a non-canonical alternate timeline because in my theoretical; Sunshine would be awake, where as in the actual story on this page, she is asleep the whole time. I based how the characters would likely react off of what I know of the characters.
The Characters of this story have well developed personalities and mindsets, because it's really well written, there's a lot of body language, character background stories, and a lot of insight into the character's opinions and personal feelings in the Q&A section. Since they are so well developed, it is easier to consider how they may respond in some situations.
The point of my comment was to point out how one small change could have caused chaos through the butterfly effect. The reason I wrote it was because I like the shipping, not because I'm trying to change or write the actual script

Cool, thanks ^^ I think it would be nice to see them together in the story, but at the same time, I'm glad that this page exists and that the bond between them did at least get briefly explored. Every little action can have a significant impact on the future, so I'm looking forward to how this may affect the progression of the story~ ♪

It feels so good to get back into this series...It really messes with me and I don't really know how to process everything...But...I really like every single character and it's one of those things where I don't want any of them to feel hurt...and when it comes to parings...I just don't know anymore...I'm totally lost.
