Yeah, she's awesome! Since I don't know how much you know about Pacific Rim, I'll just tell you that she's the one who figured out the science that made the entire jaeger program (the big robots) possible, and she eventually becomes a jaeger pilot herself. Pretty cool, right? It's a shame there's next to no art of her...

Well, I think one of the main reasons is that some people in the pacific rim fandom might not have read the graphic novel prequel thing she was in.

No, she wasn't. But I like it when there are other parts to a story than just the main plot; you have to dig around for information and backstory and details, and that keeps you invested in the world and the characters.

I do that with everything. I wasn't even sick of Fire Emblem or anything when I read this article about the Japanese version of Henry and how different he was from the localized version. So I incorporated that into my headcanons, because the way I see it, both are canon, and both are him. >w<

I think so! I would need to go find the article because there were feels.
But apparently there is a huge thing surrounding love with him. Like he was super deprived of it when he was abandoned by his parents. And then his confession quote that mentioned something about his love being heavy and that you need to prepare yourself for it. Ohhh, there was also when you choose to "die" in the end, he had a quote that basically implied that he was going to kill himself.
