nope. ed got transported ito the other world the last eppisode rember? and ed does live with a girl who does look like rose...al is human, but rembers nothing from when he was armor. izumi is dead and in the end al and ed live together in the other world. sorry for the spoiler. but yeah. its a good movie, go watch it.
