I had fun with this one. It became one of my business cards, but I feel like it's a really strong, iconic image of Spidey! I also liked the broken nature of his legs. They went all ragdoll, which is something you can get away with using Spidey!Related content

Thank you! I blame it on the company I've kept. I'm in love with colors, so when I see color combinations that I like, I memorize them. But I learned color theory from guys like Brian Stelfreeze, Rico Renzi, Kelsey Shannon, Kristian Donaldson, Chris Walker. So If you take all those guys and 50 others, you have my general color theory! Haha!

Thanks man. I'll tell you, nobody in college taught me color theory except my watercolor professor, who taught me color theory was "whatever you feel." That helped as a basic idea...then I met Brian Stelfreeze at a convention, and he talked for about 2 hours on the subject of Color Theory. When you meet guys who really know their craft, comic conventions are a fantastic school!
