Thank you for this I wonder how expensive those materials are, but it's great to know how it's done at least. Salvation for us cosplayers of oddly-toothed characters

Man, everytime I think I've learned everything there is know about casting
I'll see one of your tutorials and I'll learn something new...

...I never knew you could prevent 'Alginate' from shrinking by wrapping it in
a wet towel. How permanent is this method? For example could I literally pro-long
the shrinking process of an Alginate mold by continuingly having it wrapped in a
wet towel, or is this just a short term solution?
Oh and where might a person find an 'Articulator'?

Anyway, great information, Evan. Probably my favourite of all your tutorials..
take care...drive safely

Wow Evan! You are a true prodigy in the field of art!! Really enjoyed perusing your gallery and thank you for posting your wonderful tutorials. I'm just in awe of your body of work for such a young talent!
I do have a question about your Vampire Teeth tutorial that I hope you will answer. I feel that I'm missing something in the casting process. After you mixed the tooth shade polymer you instructed to fill each tooth cavity. Since a liquid will seek its level, how do you stop the pour from filling the gum area? Is this done at an angle so that you can end the pour at the gum line so the second "pink" polymer pour fits exactly to and around each tooth? I keep thinking about this procedure and it seems impossible to accomplish. What am I missing?

Thanks for wonderful compliment. The last three sections of this tutorial had to be severely edited because of file space. I had more images and text of the sculpture, molding and finishing sections but did not have the room. I corrected the section you mention to hopefully clarify it more. Unfortunately, those procedures are difficult to distill into a few sentences. Thanks for the sharp focus and catching that as well as the kind words about my work.

Again, thank you so much for sharing your methods with this duffer!
