Gali, Toa of Water. More Toa to come!First time I've ever made water environmental effects... without any tutorials or fancy special brushes! I feel very smart.
Whenever I see fan art of Gali, or any female bionicle for that matter, she's often made to be "sexy" or "cute". This is not anything new. I find nothing wrong with drawing attractive women but I prefer to do it in a way that preserves their dignity and personality.

Well... that's probably the most unique interpretation of Gali I've ever seen. It looks like you're going for more of an amphibious, organic look. I kind of like it.

Thanks! Deciding what to do with the hands/hooks was a bit of a challenge since I'm trying to make the Toa look humanoid to contrast the more monstrous others. Glad you like it!
