It requires this whole alternate way of thinking about anatomy, where the bones need to be shaped differently for the forces to work properly, and a series of tubes filled with hydraulic gel needs to be distributed around the body. The muscle is kinda like a water balloon that's inflated with fluid, which pushes the bone forward.
