You know, for being in a game where we were supposed to believe that Wily was not the villain this time...He's not very subtle. Seriously, skulls and dangerous Robot Masters are practically Wily's calling card...And now we see the two combined? Seriously, Wily...FAIL!
Good job on the picture though. Skull Man is probably one of the creepiest Robot Masters ever made.

Why is it that the coolest boss character design has to have the dumbest weapon?
I mean, you shouldn't hear the name Skullman in the same sentence as Woodman and Plantman.

I tweaked his powers a little bit, with a Skullman sprite sheet I made (using Bass from Power Fighters as a template). I will put it up on DA once I've finished it.

** Outro chefe memorával... esperei ansioso para jogar rockman IV. Lembro que foi um dos poucos games que joguei tão logo foi lançado. Este boss, assim como o toadman, pharaoman estava entre os meus preferidos, gostava da fase dele bem caracterizada com "ossos" por toda a parte.
** Quando ao trabalho, está ótimo, só me incomodou a mão esquerda, mas nada que diminua o resultado.
