Issue 10, Page 9.And THAT'S what you get for trying to be helpful in GOTF. Granted, that' what you get when you're mean too, but the point still stands. The only way to avoid injuries in this comic is to not be in the comic at all.
Oh boy, I'm really looking forward to the next bit of the story... this is the emotional low-point of the issue, I swear.

Ok so a girl who knows an AMAZINGLY huge amount about the chaos force, and has been living in the master emerald longer then sonic has been alive, lost control? You would think she would have mastered it by the time she met Silver.

keep in mind most of the chaos emeralds are missing and not even in their world and the master emerald is broken to bits and scattered everywhere and with all that the chaos force is not as strong as it used to be and is prone to more problems and if the emeralds are not brought back and fixed up an' stuff by silver w/sonic & shadow's help then the whole world as they know it will end. the whole reason everyone is in this mess.

We established on page 7 that Chaos energy's all out of whack right now. And the injuries that Tikal's just sustained look awfully similar to what happened to Sonic in Issue 9...

That's the problem with having characters with miraculous powers... why isn't Tikal doing this for everybody, especially considering her near-goddess status? Hmm... maybe she doesn't view her power as anything particularly special? In the echidna society she's from, this sort of thing would have been a lot more common. She sees this as being the same as normal medical care, and thus in her mind it's not an unfair preferential treatment? She just can't help herself-- when she sees someone in need, she tries to help. But she isn't omnipotent.

Actually I was thinking of how Tikal could convince Silver to help, since I sort of assumed that Tikal couldn't stay in the physical world long enough to help people directly very often.
It is your world however, so let it unfold in whatever way you find most logical.

Well... If she just stayed in a hospital healing people all day she'd be a pretty terrible guardian. She can either do her job to make sure the chao are safe and chaos energy is flowing... Or end up being like Knuckles and be so busy helping individuals that she doesn't do her own job properly.
Tikal could still be sort of compelled to heal those in need when she sees them, even if practically she should stay out of it. Especially if, as you said, she doesn't consider her healing to be all that unusual in medicine. Tikal isn't exactly out and about every decade or so asking random citizens "Hey how's the technology going? Need any help with that?"
