Issue 11, Page 1YES! Ladies and Gentlemen, It's time for issue 11: Dark Mirrors (ugh cliche title why, me two months ago). I'm so ready for this.
(no we're not switching to black and white this is just a flashback!)
You many notice that there's a new name in the credits this issue-- that's my friend who has actually been helping out with the story for years. It's about time he got credit for it!

Sonic seems so scared,
Then for once in his life he cries out for help!
The fact that Shadow looked so shocked or horrified made it all the better!
But the fact that Shadow took Sonic's hand,
Trying to help and or save his friend,
Really was just the icing on the cake & the cherry on top for me!

How did Sonic die?

Issue One. Issue One starts with a flashback to where Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and AmyΒ were murdered by mind-controlled Shadow. (Take a wild guess to who's doing the mind controlling.) This takes place directly after the flashback ends. Eggman was about to take the Chaos Emeralds, and Sonic was about to use the last of his strength to send the Chaos Emeralds where no one can get them, but Tikal shows up with an alternative: The Chaos Emeralds will be moved back to the Special Stage, and there would be one who could travel to there and receive the Chaos Emeralds. That one is Silver. Sonic would have his soul attached to the Emeralds the way Tikal's is attached to the Master Emerald.

In a way, I wish Sonic was this...well, likable in the actual games. Β More fleshed out. Β Then again, maybe I just like seeing heroes cry, because it's actual weakness that is so rarely seen. Β That, and the normally emotionless anti-hero making an "oh snap" face is also a sight to see.

The American Sonic will always be the best in terms of personality. The JapAnime Sonic just didn't have the right kind of cockiness/attitude.
