Okida Β : actually it seems my joke that this was a skyrim enviroment seems more apt then I originally thought as that giant glowing stone is clearly one of the standing stones you can get powers from.... I'm thinking the alternative universe tikal stone - and the powers you get are skirts

I have found that the *only* way all of their expression make sense is that alternate dimension!Tikal is floating a bit too high and from their position they have an upskirt/dress shot. Yep, that's the ONLY explanation. I won't take any less.
